For regular embroidery patches, we use polyester-made thread known as ‘viscose’. This is a top-notch-quality thread that most patch manufacturers in Europe use to create promotional embroidery patches. It’s wash-friendly, durable and offers a wide range of sheds.

Fluffy Yarn for Chenille Embroidery 

We use acrylic, shiny, and dull yarns as per the logo/design and custom requirements. It features fluffiness for high pile and a premium look. Our digital swatch lists each colour with a code so you can easily choose with us.

Fabric Backer for Custom Patches

For the backer fabrics, we use cotton twill for flat-embroidered patches. Felt is the second-most-used material for chenille embroidery patches. It’s non-woven and premium, suitable for contour/laser edge patches. Felt is considered the best material to ensure scrim custom patches.

Metallic Threads for Special Patches
