Step by Step Guide

1. Placement: Hold your patch to the desired area on ​​clothing. Use heat tape for temporary stick. 2. Protect: Cover the patch using any thin fabric or use parchment paper. It is a precaution to avoid unwanted high heat. 3. Heat Press: Turn the iron on. Keep the temperature on the low side so it doesn’t burn or damage. Temperature should be 320 F for 20 seconds 4. Check Edges: Check the edges of the patch to make sure they’re completely stuck to the garment. Reapply the iron at a lighter temperature to fix it. That’s it; you did it!

Note-able Points

Teflon pillow for Chenille Patches: We recommend keeping the Teflon pillow between garment and heat press machine to keep the fluffiness of the chenille alive. Ironing from the Back: We recommend heating woven patches from the backside. Use heat tape on the front to hold patch, turn the garment inside out; and apply the heat from the back. It is to avoid damaging polyester front of woven patches. Temperature for Woven Patches: We recommend a longer timer (ideally 25-30 seconds) with lighter heat (ideally 280-300 F) for ironing woven embroidered patches.
